RNACOREX

At the Core of Science.

We run animal immunization programs compliant with European regulations — llamas, goats, rabbits and poultry — then extract, qualify and supply high-purity RNA for VHH nanobody library construction and pharmaceutical-grade RNA solutions.

Our mission

One integrated chain, from the animal to qualified RNA.

RNACOREX combines animal biology with RNA engineering. Our immunization programs cover llamas — our reference species for VHH nanobodies — as well as other farm animals such as goats, rabbits and poultry. Every step — immunization, sample collection, extraction, quality control — is carried out in-house, with full traceability, to deliver reliable naive RNA that is immediately usable for research in immunotherapy, allergology, autoimmune disease and oncology.

The Platform

From animal to qualified RNA, one integrated chain.

Why llamas

A unique immune response: the heavy-chain-only antibody.

Like other camelids, llamas naturally produce, alongside conventional antibodies, antibodies devoid of light chains. The isolated variable domain of these antibodies — the VHH, or nanobody — weighs only about 15 kDa versus ~150 kDa for a conventional antibody. Its convex paratope also lets it reach cryptic epitopes — surface clefts or pockets — often inaccessible to a conventional antibody, making it a valuable tool for biomedical research and diagnostics.

Application Areas

Research focused on four major medical challenges.

Our VHH nanobodies and RNA solutions support research programs across four priority areas.

Immunotherapy

Precise targeting of receptors and signaling pathways thanks to the affinity and small size of VHH nanobodies, which reach epitopes often inaccessible to conventional antibodies.

Allergology

Research tools for characterizing allergic mechanisms and screening candidates able to neutralize allergens or their receptors.

Autoimmune Diseases

Targeted modulation of dysregulated immune pathways, supporting new therapeutic approaches in chronic inflammatory conditions.

Oncology

Development of nanobodies and RNA constructs directed against oncology targets, including bispecific formats and payload-conjugated designs.
